RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Fingerlings offers you  the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall override the general returns policy. The return policy is divided into seven parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

  • 1. Refund, replacement or repair.
  • 2. Days from receiving the order
  • 3. A full refund on order cancellation shall be allowed at any time before the shipment booking or within 1 day of placing the order, whichever is earlier.
  • 4. For any functional issues reported for products with warranty, the customers shall be eligible for replacement/exchange/repair directly from Fingerlings within 14 days or 48 hours of receiving the product (whichever is earlier). The choice of replacement or repair shall be the discretion of Fingerlings Customer Support and may vary from case to case.
  • 5. We advise the customers to check every package for damages/tampering before accepting the delivery.
  • 6. No refund/replacement request after the return window / after shipment packing/ after accepting the delivery will be serviced.
  • 7. Any issues reported post-delivery you will be directed to a brand service center/technical support team for resolution.
  • 8. In any case, only one replacement shall be provided and Transportation charge bear by the customer.
